As your Travel Agent, we would like to ensure that you as our customers are made aware of the latest travel advice surrounding Brexit.
Based on current government guidance there may be a requirement to renew passports early as a No Deal Brexit could mean that a longer validity is required than the current entry requirements stipulate when travelling to an EU country.
In particular, you need to be aware that if you renewed a 10-year adult passport before it expired, extra months may have been added to your passport’s expiry date. These extra months over 10 years will not count towards the 6 months that must be remaining.
